Refrigerated LPG Terminal Project
Job Requirements :
Dedicated Project Manager required on a full-time basis, to lead and Project Manage the construction of a Refrigerated LPG Import and Distribution Terminal in Indonesia. Various engineering and governmental studies are currently being carried out.
Project Manager Requirement :
The individual chosen to be the Project Manager will have the required level of competence & experience and will be willing to work in West Java on a full-time basis once mobilization to site commences and until the full project is commissioned (a period of ca. 2 years). Candidate must have previous working experience of a project which is similar in nature at management level or preferably project managing the design and construction of an LPG terminal.
Project Manager Duties :
The Project Manager will carry out a broad range of project management activities which would include but not be limited to the following:
An evaluation of the feasibility study and subsequent recommendation to the on the desired terminal design and project way forward
Establishing a project office which is appropriately resourced
Development of a list of Requirements and Deliverables document in order to complete a detailed FEED study. Pre-qualification and selection of a FEED contractor
Providing support to the FEED contractor in order to ensure a timely and quality study is completed which addresses all the requirements necessary to issue an ITT to future EPC contractors
Preparing and issuing an ITT to a selected list of pre-qualified EPC contractors
Providing sufficient support to EPC bidders in order to ensure quality and professional bids are received
Developing and recommending an EPC Decision Support Package / Criteria which will be used to evaluate and select the EPC contractor
Working with legal representatives in Indonesia to develop and issue an EPC contract to the chosen contractor
Overseeing project construction and working in partnership with the EPC contractor to ensure full delivery against project objectives, milestones and cost parameters
Ensuring that suitable qualified management and operational personnel are sourced, training and ready to take over operational control of the site
Ensuring the safe commissioning of the project and ensuring full documentation is handed across to Operating personnel including full process and engineering documentation, training manuals, construction permits / licenses, equipment lists, warranty documents etc.

Saat ini kami membutuhkan beberapa karyawan untuk menempati posisi : 1. ESTATE MANAGER Kualifikasi : a. Mempunyai pengalaman minimal 3 tahun pada posisi yang sama. b. Mampu berinteraksi dengan instansi pemerintah dan masyarakat sekitar kebun. c. Mampu mengoperasikan komputer. d. Mampu menyusun Rencana Kerjadan Anggaran Kebun. e. Tegas, Disiplin dan mempunyai Integritas yang tinggi. f. Penempatan di Kabupaten Landak - Kalimantan Barat 2. KEPALA TATA USAHA Kualifikasi : a. Mempunyai pengalaman minimal 3 tahun pada posisi yang sama. b. Mampu Mengoperasikan komputer. c. Mampu menyusun Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Kebun. d. Memahami proses administrasi perkebunan kelapa sawit. e. Mampu membuat laporan keuangan kebun. f. Penempatan di Kabupaten Sendawar - Kalimantan Timur 3. ASISTEN BIBITAN Kualifikasi : a. Mempunyai pengalaman minimal 3 tahun pada posisi yang sama. b. Menguasai teknis pembibitan kelapa sawit. c. Mampu berinteraksi dengan masyarakat di sekitar lokasi pembibitan. d. Tegas, Disiplin dan mempunyai Integritas yang tinggi. e. Penempatan di Kabupaten Sendawar - Kalimantan Timur 4. ASISTEN DIVISI Kualifikasi : a. Mempunyai pengalaman minimal 3 tahun pada posisi yang sama. b. Pernah menangani Land Clearing. c. Mampu membuat rencana kerja harian. d. Tegas, Disiplin dan mempunyai Integritas yang tinggi. e. Penempatan di Kabupaten Sendawar (Kaltim) dan Kabupaten Landak(Kalbar) . 5. OPERATOR GIS Kualifikasi : a. Mempunyai pengalaman sebagai surveyor di perkebunan kelapa sawit minimal 3 tahun. b. Menguasai program Autocad, Archview dan Mapinfo c. Mampu membuat peta areal perkebunan kelapa sawit. d. Penempatan di Kabupaten Sendawar - Kalimantan Timur 6. PROGRAMMER Kualifikasi : a. Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di posisi yang sama. b. Menguasai Program VB.Net, VC# Net c. Menguasai Program Visual Foxpro, SQL d. Menguasai Program GIS/GPS, Aroview/Map Info menjadi nilai tambah e. Pernah bekerja di Perusahaan Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit akan menjadi nilai tambah f. Kami adalah PT. Malindo Persada Khatulistiwa yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit dengan daerah operasional yaitu di Desa Karangan, Kecataman Mempawah Hulu, Kabupaten Landak, Kalimantan Barat. Luas areal yang direncanakan adalah 15.000 hektar. Kami memulai operasional di lapangan mulai tahun 2007 dan saat ini direncanakan memasuki tahap Land Clearing. Kami membutuhkan beberapa karyawan untuk menempati posisi :
1. KEPALA TATA USAHA kualifikasi : a. Minimal pendidikan D3 b. Pengalaman kerja sebagai KTU perkebunan kelapa sawit minimal 4 tahun. c. Mampu membuat jurnal dan laporan pembukuan. d. Mampu membuat rencana anggaran bulanan dan tahunan. e. Standar Gaji Rp 5-5,5 Juta
2. ASISTEN BIBITAN kualifikasi : a. Minimal pendidikan D3 b. Pengalaman kerja sebagai Asisten bibitan perkebunan kelapa sawit minimal 3 tahun. c. Memahami dengan baik teknis pembibitan kelapa sawit. d. Standar Gaji Rp4-4,5 Juta
3. ASISTEN DIVISI/LAND CLEARING Kualifikasi : a. Minimal pendidikan D3 b. Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun. c. Memahami pedoman teknis perkebunan kelapa sawit. d. Pernah menangani ganti rugi lahan dan land clearing akan menjadi nilai tambah. e. Standar Gaji Rp 3,5-4 Juta
4. ASISTEN TOPOGRAFI DAN PENGUKURAN LAHAN Kualifikasi : a. Pengalaman sebagai surveyor di perkebunan kelapa sawit. b. Mengerti dengan baik program Mapinfo, Archview, Autocad c. Mampu membuat peta detail perkebunan. d. Standar Gaji Rp 3,5-4 Juta
5. PROGRAMMER Kualifikasi : a. Mampu membuat aplikasi program. b. Mempunyai pengalaman 3 tahun di bidangnya. c. Penempatan di Kantor Pusat Jakarta. d. Cantumkan bahasa program yang dikuasai dan program yang telah dibuat pada lamaran. e. Standar gaji Rp 4-4,5 Juta
