HR & GA Supervisor
(Jawa Timur - Surabaya & Sidoarjo)
Requirements:
* Male / Female, 28 – 45 years old
* Bachelor degree (D3/S1) in Human Resources Management, Law or Psychology
* 3 years experience in HR as generalist & GA
* High integrity and values
* Proven leadership and motivational skills
* Able to prepare planning, organizing & solution of HR matters
* Deep understanding on Recruitment, Payroll, Labour Law, Government and environment liasioning
* Proficiency of relevant computer software (Microsoft office)
* A good team player as is able to work independently
* Strong organizational & communication skills, exhibits strong interpersonal skills
* Able to work flexible hours and be open to shift work
* We provide ‘shuttle transport’ for employee domicile di Surabaya & Sidoarjo
