Customer Service
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* To be the partner of overseas agent and local customers and become the facilitator of sales administration and operation.
Requirements:
* Female, male, single, max age 28 years old
* English Active
* Minimum 1 year experience according to the field
* Has experience in the export – import with airfreight and sea freight shipment
* Can operate computer and is familiar with MS-office
* Good initiative, strong character and multitasking person, able to work in team
* Negotiation, co-ordination, organisation and personal relationship skill
* Leadership and very good manner person
* Able to work under pressure and extended hours
* Living in Cikarang or Bekasi area will be an advantage
