We are a long established general insurance company in Jakarta with many branches through Indonesia. In the course of our change and growth we are looking for talented and committed people with a continuous record of achievements for the position of:
Healthcare Claims Analyst (HCA)
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Analysis of claims (reimbursement & provider)
* Recommendations related to rejected claims and actions to improve claim performance
* Recommendations and analysis of applications for health insurance
* Auditing of claims, providers performance, third party administrations
Requirements:
* Specific Qualifications :
o Medical Graduated (Doctor) with Department of Health with Qualification as a General Practitioner or Nurse
o Minimum 2 years experience in Health Insurance field or Health Insurance Administration
o Possess Analytical skills and able to assess medical claims
o Previous knowledge of Clinical Coding is an advantage
o Age between 30 – 40 years old
# General Qualifications :
* Good in written and oral communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Candidates must be honest, outgoing, and hardworking
* Must have good interpersonal skills and able to work in team
