MEGA MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (MMDP)
The program consist of a series in-class training, well-structured banking curriculum and also a practical internship that will provide you with a comprehensive knowledge and skill of the banking management.

1. Bachelor, Master degree preferred from reputable universities with outstanding achievements and minimum GPA of 3,25
2. Single, maximum 28 years of age
3. Fluent both in oral and written English
