We provide customized logistics solutions to selected customers in areas of warehousing inventory management, airfreight distribution, project logistics, sea/in land transport consolidations, customs clearance and other added value services. As part of our growth strategy, we are urgently looking for high caliber and talented individuals to join and grow with us to challenge to market opportunities in supply chain and logistics industry as follows :
Account Support (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Build and manage relationship with customers in the areas of day to day customer service activities, including customer enquiry, cargo status, call centre management, claim and dispute resolutions. * Provide customized reports to customer based on available information in the system. * Liaise to internal departments (operations and finance) for corrective actions, root-cause analysis, improvement opportunities. * Develop customized solutions/ enhancement to the system to cater customer requirements.
Requirements:
* Male/Female, age max. 30 years old. * Diploma (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) from any discipline, preferred from Transport Management. * Having a broad knowledge about logistics is a MUST. * Having experience in telemarketing & sales administration, especially in freight or logistics service industry is more preferable. * Strong interpersonal communication skill, fluent in English both oral and written. * Proactive, able to learn quickly, analyze situations and develop solutions. * Pleasant personality, service oriented driven by customer's needs. * Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision. * Computer literate (MS Office & Windows Application).
